Alpha Satellite Systems is a family owned and operated business; it is run by Dale and Del Shannon. Dale is a licensed cabler and qualified technician, who has been working in the industry over eight years.
He has the expertise to install all your satellite, television, phone and cabling needs in a safe and professional manner. Dale is available to answer any technical questions you may have. Del is the sales manager who is there to organise your booking details and travel quotes.
The main aim of our business is to offer old fashioned service and provide back up support, especially to those customers who may struggle with technology at times. We understand that those from rural areas are often disadvantaged by being charged excessive travel costs. Because we operate between the great southern region of Western Australian and the Perth Metropolitan area, we have a service vehicle on the road on a regular basis. We also offer a milk run service to isolated and rural communities who wish to take advantage of our products and services but want to keep travel cost down to a minimum. By registering for the milk run, you can share in the travel costs with other customers or at times there may be no travel charges.
